Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 17 is the best-selling Manga for the week between August 14 and August 20 in the US market with its physical copies sold at 29,628 in its first 5 days, a 7.42% improvement debut-to-debut over Volume 16 and up from Volumes 13 and 14’s 22,118 copies and 28,265 copies sold by 33.95% and 4.82% respectively. Its latest sales performance, however, is still at a minor disadvantage of 4.61% against Volume 15’s 31,060 copies. The series is expecting Volume 18 to hit shelves nationwide at the end of the year on December 20.
Next up is My Dress-Up Darling Volume 6 at a promising start of 9,662 copies sold in its first 5 days, 7.07% higher than sales of its 5th volume that sold 9,024 copies back between May 8 and May 14. Square Enix is expecting to launch the next two volumes in 2023 with Volume 7 slated for arrival in January while Volume 8 will appear a little later in March. Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun makes its 15th volume debut at 9,433 copies sold in its first 5 days, 22.12% and 1.11% lower than sales it produced for Volumes 13 and 14 respectively. Nevertheless, the latest volume is still ahead of Volume 12 that sold 13.46% less at 8,314 copies back in January this year. The series was also seen with its Volume 0 that was featured on the chart between March 6 and March 12 at 9,812 copies sold, 3.86% more copies sold than Volume 15.
Finally, we have Don’t Toy with Me Miss Nagatoro Volume 11 taking the 4th spot at 4,310 copies sold in its first 5 days, not as good as the 5,018 copies sold for Volume 10 back in April this year.
