Tokyo Revengers as a series hits perhaps its best sales so far, more than double the amount it made back in May 2021 to see revenue it brings in for the month of July 2021 at 3,026.9 million yen (~$27.6 million). The growth is largely in part due to the release of its latest 23rd volume which recorded unprecedented sales for the series amongst its latest eleven volumes to see copies sold at 222,469 copies, a massive jump over Volume 22’s sales in its first week.

As for Uma Musume: Pretty Derby, revenue for the month is lower than the month of June, most likely as a result of the fewer copies sold for its 3rd volume. Volume 3 saw sales down by 6.43% from Volume 2 which recorded 155,228 copies in its first week. Sales were not as great too in the final week of July as compared to the month of June where both Volume 1 and Volume 2 managed to sell 11,253 copies at the time. Between July 26 to August 1 only Volume 3 was on the chart at 6,261 copies sold whereas Volume 1 and Volume 2 were nowhere to be seen. As such, revenue drops 21.19% from 2,415.1 million yen (~$21.9 million) it made the month before to 1,903.3 million yen (~$17.3 million).
