Top Manga Sold in the US: July 2020

The charts for US July 2020 sales of Manga are finally out. The ranks are still quite different between ICv2 and Publishers Weekly as the periods track are different from each other. For the month of July, My Hero Academia remains as popular as ever in the US. It currently tops the chart at both number 1 and 2 according to ICv2 here. At number 3, you will find Berserk’s volume 5 which was released back on July the 7th by Dark Horse Manga.

If you would like to get the actual sales figure, although a few, Publishers Weekly has them here for the month of July. According to Publishers Weekly, My Hero Academia’s volume 24 is still at number 1 with 12,185 copies sold for the month – previously for the month of June, it sold 17,994 copies. While Berserk’s fifth volume sold 8,734 copies the same month.

    1. Well, we don’t have any actual sales data (copies sold) for Boruto. As of January 2020, it has only made into the US charts (supplied by NPD) once, which is the April 2020 edition – at number 18. I personally think that it is not doing that well – if you compare it to the likes of Kimetsu no Yaiba or My Hero Academia.
