The Oricon’s 2020 half year sales chart not only contains data on Manga‘s sales performance, but Light Novels too! It lists the 10 most sold titles according series. Hence, at number 1, Kimetsu no Yaiba contains the two of its Light Novel editions, Shiawase no Hana and Katabane no Chou bringing the total amount of copies sold by both titles to nearly 1.2 million copies.
Sword Art Online, Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken and Kusuriya no Hitorigoto all managed to get their numbers to more than 300,000 copies sold while Overlord, Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. and Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! are around the 200,000 copies mark. Seishun Buta Yarou Series and Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e are both at 9 and 10 selling 170,000 copies and 150,000 copies respectively.
