Pokémon Scarlet and Violet tops the software sales chart very, very comfortably to see a massive 2,537,292 copies sold in its first 3 days. To compare with other Pokémon titles, its latest turnout marks an 85.94%, 81.80% and 78.10% increase against the 3-day sales of Pokémon Sword and Shield (November 15, 2019), Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (November 19, 2021) and Pokémon Legends: Arceus (January 28, 2022), respectively (refer to chart). According to a statement released by Nintendo, the latest title has sold 4.05 million copies in Japan alone (note that Famitsu tracks physical sales only, so this would include digital sales as well) and has crossed over than 10 million copies in sales worldwide making this the best performance so far in the first 3 days of release of any Nintendo games in history. For more information about the game, be sure to check out its launch trailer below or check its official website right here.

Other new titles on the list include Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten at Number 4 at 9,066 copies sold, Cardfight!! Vanguard Dear Days at Number 8 at 6,649 copies and SympathyKiss at Number 9 at 6,072 copies, all in their first days. Without further ado, the full list is as follows:
