Sales of Switch consoles are looking really good for the week between October 18 to October 24 helped by the strong growth posted for its OLED model which climbs nearly 50% week-on-week to see 61,169 units sold. In total, all Switch models have sold a combined 108,122 units. PlayStation 5’s Digital Edition, Xbox Series S and New 2DS LL too have seen better performance than prior’s week, though PlayStation 5 vanilla and Xbox Series X witness a fall. The latter experiences a massive slump of 88.33% from previous week’s 634 units sold.

As for sales of software, Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Hinokami Chronicles‘ PlayStation 4 edition retains its Number 1 spot albeit a sharp drop in sales. However, that has allowed its lifetime sales to pass the 100,000 copies sold mark. Ring Fit Adventure, Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Pokémon Sword and Shield have all risen week-on-week, while Metroid Dread, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Minecraft have weaker sales compared to the week before.
One new release has made onto the chart with Blue Reflection Tie‘s both PlayStation 4 and Switch editions coming in at 14,048 copies and 8,380 copies sold respectively. Also known as Blue Reflection Second Light, it is developed by Gust and is published by Koei Tecmo. The game is also out on Steam and is slated to be released globally this coming November the 9th.
