Both Switch and Switch Lite editions rose sharply for the week between March 22 and March 28 as total units sold for the two hit 267,497 units! PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition too saw numbers up for the week by 49.31% and 19.58% respectively week-on-week, putting the total sales at 62,295 units. PS4 machines are down, so as Xbox Series X.

As for sales of software, the latest Monster Hunter Switch game crushes the chart with 1,302,132 copies sold in its first week! There is another new title that made the chart, The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬: Summer Memories that occupies spots 3 and 9 respectively. The combined sales for both the Switch and PS4 editions for the title stand at 30,752 copies.
Sales continue to slow down for some titles on the Top 10 with the exception of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Minecraft, which have both climbed week-on-week. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has so far sold 210,558 copies in 2021.
