Hardware sales are not that bad compared to a week ago with a major rise in sales for Xbox Series with both recording 55.85% and 95.78% increase in units sold to 419 units and 1,848 units for Series X and Series S respectively. In total, the two reported 2,267 units sold, up by 88.40% from prior week’s 263 units. The PlayStation 5 console sees the vanilla edition with a jump of 32.17% in sales week-on-week while the Digital Edition falls by 21.75%, leading the two to a decent 14,453 units sold for the week. All Switch consoles are down from the week before with Switch Lite suffering the biggest drop in sales. PlayStation 4 noted a minute climb in sales by 2 units, and New 2DS LL is 19.70% weaker from last week’s 609 units.

As for software sales, all titles on the Top 10 slip with none reporting an improvement in sales. Both Mario Party Superstars and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl maintain their top spots, but the two are the worst hit with copies sold for the week being down by more than 50%.
