Most consoles are down week-on-week with both PlayStation 5 consoles seeing a drop from great gains they made the week before to 17,032 units from 25,434 units. Switch consoles recorded a minor climb for vanilla Switch, but for its other versions, sales are weaker with the OLED edition suffering the biggest drop. Sales were at a steady, above 90,000 units sold several weeks before, however this time, the number has dipped to 70,232 units. As for Xbox, the Series X witnessed a large drop of 69.11% whereas Series S is up by 22.35%. PlayStation 4 and New 2DS LL see better sales from the prior week by 35.29% and 28.77% respectively.

Video Game software on the other hand witnesses two new releases on the Top 10 with the highly anticipated action RPG, Elden Ring taking the Top 2 spots at a total of 278,507 copies sold in just 3 days. The title, which is a work done in collaboration with author George R. R. Martin was developed by FromSoftware and is published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The other new title belongs to Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream which places both 4th and 5th spots on the list at 41,016 copies sold in its first 4 days. The game follows after the events of the first game, revolving around Sophie Neuenmuller and Plachta and takes place right before the events in Atelier Firis.
