Note: Famitsu skipped publishing sales data on the 11th and 12th of August this month due to the Obon Festival and as such, the hardware sales will not be available for the separate charts. You can refer to the two-week post here for hardware sold between August 1 and August 14.
As for the week between August 1 and August 7, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 maintains its Number 1 position albeit a sharp fall in sales by 76.43% to 26,569 copies, bringing its year-to-date sales so far to 139,297 copies. Nintendo Switch Sports is 2nd with a small drop of 6.38% while Gran Turismo 7 rose 19.96% to 14,938 copies sold. There were two new releases that made their debuts on the chart, at Number 22 you will find Apathy: Narugami Gakuen Nana Fushigi at 2,618 copies sold while Gesshizu: Minna de Chokomaka Muradukuri takes the 30th place at 1,605 copies.
