Xbox Series X continues to slide the week between April 19 to April 25 seeing as much as 52.14% drop in sales for the week. Its compatriot, the Series S fell the sharpest of the lot, 90% down week-on-week as it ends the week with only 39 units sold. Switch Lite, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 are all down, while Switch, PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and New 2DS LL recorded decent growths.

Software sales is a lot livelier for the week, especially NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… opening its first week with a great 108,838 copies sold. At number 10 is another familiar title, the premium pack for Atelier Mysterious Trilogy DX had a turnout of 6,022 copies sold for the week. Sales are mostly up for titles in the Top 10, most likely due to Golden Week, which is slated to arrive four days after the chart on April the 29th. Sales may continue to improve the following week as Japan enters yet another state of emergency (Source: NPR) with people staying at home more, coupled with the holiday season.
