Kidou Senshi Gundam Thunderbolt Volume 20’s Regular Edition is the best-selling new Manga volume for the week between September 26 and October 2, sitting at Number 5 with 31,354 copies sold in its first 3 days. When compared to sales of its 18th volume, it does indicate a slightly lower outcome, however, this is without sales of its Limited Edition copies which did not make it onto neither the Top 30 nor Top 50 list. Note, the cutoff point on the Top 50 is around 8,000 copies and as such, the Special Edition volume would have sold less than that. Its Special Edition volume is priced at 2,273 yen (≈16 USD) each and comes with a B5-sized poster and case. Serialization for the Manga began in March 2012 in Shogakukan’s Big Comic Superior magazine with more information about the work can be found on its official web page here or its Manga web page here. Its first Manga chapter is also available for free in Japanese right here for you to check out. Note that Viz Media is officially publishing its English volumes with Volume 18 up for pre-order and slated to hit shelves this coming October 18. According to its latest Manga volume product page, the series now has more than 4.5 million copies in circulation. In December 2015, it received its first Anime adaptation by Sunrise and a sequel followed suit in March of 2017.
