Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! continues its record-breaking performance, according to stores tracked by Oricon. Volume 11 has achieved a remarkable 27.12% increase in sales compared to Volume 10, which sold 31,508 copies in their respective first three days. This improvement in performance is much more significant compared to the sales figures of Volume 8 and Volume 9, which sold 22,954 copies and 34,343 copies in their first seven and six days, respectively.

Goblin Slayer‘s 13th volume achieved a sales figure of 43,342 copies in its first four days back in August 2022. However, the 14th volume’s sales of 39,667 copies represent an 8.48% decline in debut-to-debut sales.
In October 2018, studio White Fox adapted the work into a 12-episode TV Anime series along with its sequel film that was released in February 2020. Its Anime series will receive a Season 2 set to broadcast some time this year.
Analysis
When comparing the three-day sales performance of Coffee & Vanilla Volume 22 to other volumes in the series, it emerges as the weakest performer thus far. The 38,608 copies sold represent a significant decrease of 41.58%, 10.70%, and 17.00% compared to Volume 13, Volume 16, and Volume 18, respectively. Furthermore, the sales of the newest volume are not as impressive as Volume 15, which sold 42,319 copies in its first three days, and it only show a slight increase compared to Volume 19’s 34,071 copies, also within the same time frame.
