Japan Top Weekly Manga Sales Ranking: June 5 – June 11, 2023

Boku no Hero Academia Volume 38 has sold 446,766 copies in its first 10 days.

World Trigger Volume 26 has achieved 277,995 copies sold in its first 10 days.

One Punch-Man Volume 28 has sold 210,561 copies in its first 10 days.

Among the volumes of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun that have been on sale for four days, Volume 32’s sales of 93,371 copies show the series’ best performance to date. This represents a 46.79%, 19.93%, 23.76%, and 8.53% increase over Volume 21, Volume 26, Volume 29, and Volume 30, respectively. When compared to volumes that had longer sales periods, such as Volume 24, which sold 89,998 copies in seven days, and Volume 27, which sold 79,044 copies in five days, Volume 32 has shown much stronger sales. This could indicate that it is very likely the series’ highest debut so far.

The TV Anime adaptation of the Manga has recently concluded its third season, which was produced by Bandai Namco Pictures. The latest season aired from an unspecified date until March 4. The first season aired from October 2019 to March 2020, while the second season aired from April to September 2021.

The 17th volume of MF Ghost experienced a direct drop of 13.62% compared to Volume 15, both of which were in their first six days of release. Additionally, the latest volume sold fewer copies when compared to others with shorter sales periods, such as Volume 11 and Volume 13, which sold 62,799 copies and 59,532 copies respectively in their first four days. This could very likely be the series’ worst performance in the physical space, as tracked by Oricon, up to this point.

The series is expecting a TV Anime series adaptation by Felix Film to happen in 2023, though the exact date of the broadcast is not yet known.

Black Clover Volume 35 has sold 88,622 copies in its first 10 days.

Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu Volume 3 has 104,127 sold copies 10 days.

Sakamoto Days Volume 12 has reached 85,417 copies sold in its first 10 days.

Ao Ashi Volume 32 has achieved 151,456 copies sold in its first 13 days.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Volume 20 has sold 68,342 copies in its first 10 days.

Toshokan no Daimajutsushi was last seen with Volume 6 at 33,045 copies sold in its first six days. Overall, its sales performance compared to its prior volume remains stable.

Flying Witch was last seen with Volume 11 at 32,312 copies sold in its first four days. Therefore, the 28,404 copies for Volume 12 represents a 12.09% drop in sales against its previous volume.

The work was adapted into a 12-episode TV Anime series by J.C.Staff back in 2016.

Kinnikuman Volume 82 has sold 56,016 copies in its first 10 days.

Wind Breaker last made an appearance with Volume 11 at 20,567 copies sold in its first three days. The performance of its 12th volume is slightly stronger than its prior volume.

“Wind Breaker” is set to be adapted into a TV Anime series by studio CloverWorks, although the broadcast date is currently unknown as of the time of writing.

Yowamushi Pedal Volume 84 experienced a 20.05% and 8.65% drop in sales compared to Volume 77 and Volume 80, respectively, all within their first four days of release. It is also unlikely that the latest volume would surpass the performance of previous volumes if it had been on sale for more days, unless a strong rebound is observed in the following week. However, it’s worth noting that Volume 84’s sales performance is still stronger than Volume 83, which sold 18,499 copies in its first three days.

Yowamushi Pedal was adapted into a 38-episode TV Anime series in October 2013, produced by TMS Entertainment, which was followed by several seasons. The latest season, titled ‘Limit Break’, ended on March 26, 2023.

Kenja no Mago Volume 22 has experienced a 16.30% and 10.80% decrease in copies sold compared to Volume 20 and Volume 21. The series also saw sales figures of 41,766 copies for Volume 18 and 38,678 copies for Volume 19 within their first six days and four days respectively, making its latest volume the weakest among the five most recent volumes.

In April 2019, SILVER LINK. adapted the work into a 12-episode TV Anime series.

Blue Lock Volume 24 has sold 64,576 copies in its first 26 days.

Utagawa Hyakkei was last seen with Volume 2 at 29,159 copies in its first four days. The outcome of Volume 3 is not too far in terms of performance when compared to its previous volume.

There are no direct comparisons for Kirai de Isasete Volume 5. The series was last seen with Volume 3 and Volume 4, which sold 31,956 copies and 37,123 copies respectively within their first five and six days. The sales performance of its latest volume may be similar to that of Volume 3, but with less intensity compared to Volume 4.

Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Ojisan made its 4^th volume debut on COMIC ZIN’s list in its first five days back in December 2022.

Witch Watch Volume 11 has sold 44,998 copies in its first 10 days.

Akane-banashi Volume 6 has achieved 44,905 copies sold in its first 10 days.

Tougen Anki last made its appearance with Volume 14, not in its first three days, but in the next seven days at 17,381 copies in April 2023.

Yuusha Party wo Oidasareta Kiyoubinbou made its 6^th volume debut at 20,653 copies sold in its first four days. The outcome of Volume 7 represents only a small 0.14% drop in sales against its previous volume.

This is the first time Tokidoki Bosotto Russia-go de Dereru Tonari no Aalya-san’s Manga version appearing on Oricon’s Top 30 sales chart.
