Analysis
There are no direct comparisons for One Piece Volume 106 and its past volumes with six days of sales. Nevertheless, the latest outcome only presents a minor upgrade in sales over the series’ three-day sales volumes and has sold less than other volumes with fewer days of sales since Volume 93. To compare, Volume 93 sold 1,378,177 copies in four days, whereas Volume 94 sold 1,182,323 copies in three days. Despite all that, Volume 106 is still ahead in terms of debut sales against Volume 102’s 1,050,333 copies in its first seven days.
Additional Comments
The volume is titled “Tensai no Yume” or “A Genius’ Dream”.

Analysis
When compared to volumes with six days of sales prior to its Anime adaptation, Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 23 has certainly noted a significant increase in sales. Volume 23 witnessed 711.49% and 339.62% more sales than Volume 7 and Volume 12. That said, the six-day sales performance of Volume 23 underperforms when put up against the likes of Volume 15 and Volume 16 which sold 1,138,798 copies in four days and 1,165,681 copies in three days respectively as a result of a boost the volumes received thanks to its Anime. Against more recent volumes, Volume 23 sits below Volume 18 which was at 789,861 copies in its first two days and Volume 20’s 853,877 copies in its first four days. Volume 23 only saw small improvements against Volume 21 and Volume 22 at 568,006 copies and 590,677 copies in their first three days.
Additional Comments
The volume is titled “Hoshi to Abura” or “Stars and Oil”.

Analysis
Ao no Exorcist Volume 29 too does not have any other volumes with six days of sales since Volume 24. The six-day sales of Volume 29, however, is not noticeably less than that of the three-day sales of Volume 24 and Volume 26. The latest volume is also much less than the performance of Volume 25 at 137,178 copies in four days, but it is ahead slightly against the three-day sales of Volume 27 and Volume 28 at 70,089 copies and 74,112 copies.
Additional Comments

Analysis
Akagami no Shirayuki-hime Volume 26 has noted the series’ worst performance thus far since Volume 9. Although Volume 26’s 56,815 copies sold in five days is a good turnout, it is still pale in comparison to, among others, Volume 17’s 82,522 copies sold in three days and Volume 21’s 82,512 copies in four days. The series also saw a stronger outcome with Volume 11 at 54,382 copies sold in just two days.

Nevertheless, this figure is still less than Volume 13’s 56,878 copies by 4.61% in six days. Yozakura-san Chi no Daisakusen was seen with Volume 10 on Oricon’s Top 30 list at 28,427 copies sold in its first 7 days and most recently made its 17th volume debut at 21,236 copies sold in six days back in April 2023. Volume 18’s 20,416 copies presents a 3.86% drop in sales against Volume 17.
The series will be adapted into a TV Anime series with its broadcast expected to happen in 2024. Studio SILVER LINK. will be responsible for the project.
It is not surprising to see One Piece and Jujutsu Kaisen topping Oricon’s weekly series sales for the week with the two side by side at 637.20 million yen (≈4.61 million USD) and 383.58 million yen (≈2.77 million USD) respectively much thanks to their latest Manga volume releases. Both titles also take into account all segments, heavily emphasised on their Manga. As One Piece noted more copies sold for its latest volume compared to Jujutsu Kaisen, it came out on top.
As for Number 3, “Oshi no Ko” tumbled two spots as sales slowed down by 19.98% week-over-week to 178.83 million yen (≈1.29 million USD), very likely dragged as a result of a slowdown of its Anime’s 1st volume disc sales. However, the slight recovery of its Manga volume sales have provided a good footing for the series to stay in the Top 3. The week’s sales, like the week before, consider three segments: Video, Music and Manga with the latter being the biggest contributor to sales for the week. This brings sales for “Oshi no Ko” as tracked by Oricon to 2,066.58 million yen (≈14.95 million USD) from April 3 to July 9.
