Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun Volume 18 takes the 3rd spot to be the best-selling new release for the week at 66,892 copies sold in its first 3 days. Its physical copies are not exactly at its best considering it sold nearly as much for Volume 17 when it debuted at 63,333 copies in just 2 days. If you go back a few volumes more, Volume 14 had an even better outcome, selling 14.09% more than its latest volume at 77,859 copies. Serialized in Square Enix’s GFantasy magazine, the Manga now has more than 8 million copies in circulation (Source: Square Enix) with more information about the work can be obtained on its official web page right here. The first chapter of the Manga can be read for free in Japanese right here. Between June and August 2014, the series received a prequel volume that spans four chapters. Its official English releases are currently being published by Yen Press with up to Volume 16 available for order as of the time of writing. The Manga was adapted into a 12-episode TV Anime series in January 2020 by Lerche.
Oni no Hanayome does really well here with its 1st volume, debuting at 52,165 copies sold in its first 3 days. The Manga adapts the Light Novel of the same name with both being published by Starts Publishing. The work is serialized in noicomi with more information about the work can be found here through its official web page. Its first chapter can be read for free in Japanese here (for a limited time). Goblin Slayer is right below at Number 7 with its 13th volume at 43,342 copies sold in its first 4 days which is a small improvement over Volume 12, though that is understandable since the previous volume was charted at only 2 days. Volume 8 had a strong start for the series to see 92,909 copies sold in its first week, however, the number of copies sold slipped 20.25% to 74,095 copies for Volume 10, also in its first 7 days. Volume 9 held quite well back in February 2020 at 74,242 copies sold in its first 5 days. Volume 11 failed to chart amid strong competition from other titles and only managed to appear the week after at 35,532 copies sold. Not to forget, another related title of it, Goblin Slayer Gaiden: Year One can be found at Number 11 with its 9th volume at 29,075 copies sold in its first 4 days. The spin-off title was last seen way back in October 2020 where it sold 51,457 copies for Volume 6 in its first week. Goblin Slayer first began its publication journey as a Light Novel in February 2016, and that very same year, it was adapted into a Manga series by artist Kousuke Kurose in May that is serialized in Square Enix’s Big Gangan’s magazine. In October 2018, studio White Fox adapted the work into a 12-episode TV Anime series along with its sequel film that was released in February 2020. The Manga is an adaptation of the Light Novel of the same name and is being serialized in Kadokawa’s Comp Ace magazine with its first chapter available for reading in Japanese for free right here. The series has more than 1.6 million copies in circulation (Source: KADOKAWA Books). SILVER LINK. adapted the work into a 12-episode TV Anime series in 2020 and a sequel is planned for release this year on an unannounced date. Super no Ura de Yani Suu Futari comes in as a surprise at Number 9 with its first official volume at 31,886 copies sold in its first 4 days. The work initially began as a web Manga that first appeared on the author’s Twitter account in March this year. Despite being very new, it has already won first place at Next Manga Awards 2022 for the Web Manga Category. Serialized in Square Enix’s Big Gangan magazine, the Manga revolves around two adults, Sasaki and a young woman who he stumbled upon when leaving a convenience store. Then, Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki makes its debut at 28,545 copies sold in its first 4 days, its first ever Manga appearance since the Blog began tracking. Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki adapts the Light Novel of the same name and its Manga can be found serialized in Comic Gardo with some of its chapters can be read for free in Japanese here. According to its official web page, the series has passed 2 million copies in circulation. In 2021 and 2022, it received an Anime adaptation in a 2-cour TV series format by J.C.Staff.

Sakura, Saku. continues to perform well with its latest and 5th volume which sold 28,215 copies in its first 4 days is in a clear lead over its past two volumes. Note that Volumes 3 and 4 were charted at 34,456 copies and 31,776 copies sold in their first 6 days and 5 days respectively. Sakura, Saku. is serialized in Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret with more information about the work can be found on its official web page right here. Coffee & Vanilla Volume 20’s Regular Edition is 14th on the list at 26,226 copies sold in its first 3 days while its Special Edition fails to chart on the Top 30. Without sales of its Special Edition included, the 20th volume sold 38.03% and 23.03% less than Volume 15’s 42,319 copies and Volume 19’s 34,071 respectively. The Manga has been serialized since April 2015 in Shogakukan’s Cheese! magazine with more information about it can be found here via its official web page. Its first chapter can be read for free right here in Japanese. As of its latest volume, the series has more than 9 million copies in circulation (Source: Shogakukan). It was also adapted into a live-action drama series in 2019 that starred Fukuhara Haruka and Sakurada Dori.
Emiya-san Chi no Kyou no Gohan Volume 8 can be found at both Number 15 and 18 with its Regular and Special Editions selling a total of 47,274 copies in its first 3 days, a much better outcome than the 7th volume’s 45,716 copies sold back between October 4 and October 10 in its first 3 days. Serialized in KADOKAWA’s Young Ace UP magazine, the series has more than a million copies in print (as of Volume 4) with more information and some of its Manga chapters can be found on its official web page right here. In January 2018, ufotable adapted the work into a 13-episode ONA which ended its broadcast in January 2019.

Kajiya de Hajimeru Isekai Slow Life Volume 3 makes its first ever Manga appearance on the Top 30 with 24,380 copies in its first 3 days. The series is an adaptation of the Light Novel of the same name which first appeared in December 2019. The Manga serialization then took place nearly seven months after via Dengeki Comic Regulus. Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku Volume 13 is 17th on the list at 23,660 copies sold in its first 4 days and was last seen back in March with its 11th volume at 22,592 copies sold in its first 3 days. Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku is another series among the rest on the list that is an adaptation of the Light Novel of the same name and first began its publication journey in January 2018.
