Many of the titles that you see below have been discussed in the TSUTAYA’s sales chart for the same week, so do have a look at it right here. Some titles that did not make it onto the Top 30 chart were also discussed in the COMIC ZIN’s chart here. Please note that while Oricon tracks sales from a huge number of stores in Japan, the sales data below are not at the fullest since some stores do not participate in Oricon’s daily surveys. Volume 18 is down by 50.63%, 44.61% and 24.48% against Volume 3, Volume 11 and Volume 16. The latest volume is also not as great as volumes with three days of sales, particularly those from Volume 5 to Volume 8.

“Oshi no Ko” remains in the Top 3 series sales ranking as there was a lack of major releases happening throughout the week. Although sales have decreased by 9.60% to 111.87 million yen (≈766.02 USD), its position on the list has improved by two places to see it taking the top spot. Like the weeks before, sales here include all of the segments tracked by Oricon with most of its sales coming from the Manga segment. Expect the series’ overall performance to see another drop next week before noting a climb the week after due to the release of the 3rd volume of its Anime’s discs.
The lack of new and notable releases for the week is even more palpable with the reemergence of Jujutsu Kaisen at Number 2 on the list at 81.81 million yen (≈560.19 USD) despite no new releases from the series. Like “Oshi no Ko”, the series derived its sales from all segments with Manga being its biggest contributor.
At Number 3 is Guardians of the Galaxy thanks to the releases of Volume 3 MovieNEX discs that saw a total of 12,683 copies sold in three days (note that 9,795 copies alone were for the Regular Edition while the rest belong to the 4K Ultra HD release) on the Top 20 Blu-ray chart for the week. As a result, pushed by sales of its Video segment, the series has generated 75.60 million yen (≈517.66 USD) in sales. Other than the Video segment, its Music segment also contributed to its sales for the week.
