After a great turnout it experienced for disc sales, Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru has received a major boost for its latest Manga volume as it takes the top spot for the week at 127,089 copies sold for Volume 9. A 72.56% direct upgrade from Volume 4 which at 3 days of sales produced only 34,869 copies sold back in October 2019. Its 7-day performances of Volumes 5 and 8 were also 30% to 40% less than the much shorter days of sales of Volume 9. The Anime adaptation is evidently playing a big role here in its success. Note that the Manga is also available officially in English with up to Volume 4 for grabs. As for Volumes 5 and 6, they are expected to hit shores in April and August this year.
The next new release on the Top 10 belongs to Raise wa Tanin ga Ii’s 6th volume at 67,475 copies sold in its first 5 days. The series was last seen for its 5th volume charting at 12th place between May 17 and May 23, 2021, at 42,492 copies in the first 3 days. The volume then went on to sell a further 46,677 copies in the following week, putting its 10-day sales at 89,169 copies sold. This may be a series you would be keen on checking out considering that it is set to receive an official English release by Seven Seas Entertainment. The 1st volume will arrive on November 8th this year.

A spot below at Number 6, you will find Honey Lemon Soda’s 19th volume at 66,871 copies sold in the first 3 days. Copies sold have so far remain stable since the 16th volume with Volume 17 still having a slight edge over the rest. The 3-day outcome for Volume 19 though, is a small downgrade from Volume 16’s 68,577 copies debut at 3 days of sales by 2.49%.
Two spots below is Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo Volume 8 at 57,546 copies in the first 3 days. Compared to the 7-day sales of Volume 7 back in April 2021 at 42,918 copies, this is a positive result. The title is also expecting an Anime adaptation slated for release this Summer, as such, you may want to check it out. If you do plan on doing so, several of its chapters are out for free in Japanese right here.
