Japan Top Weekly Manga Ranking: February 21, 2022 ~ February 27, 2022

The Top 3 for the week between February 21 to February 27 remains the same as the week before with titles within its rank experiencing a major drop in sales (a rather usual occurrence). Tokyo Revengers Volume 26 has retreated by 65.04% to 182,594 copies, putting its 11-day sales at 704,816 copies sold. Kingdom Volume 64 sees 148,867 copies sold, as such its 10-day cumulative sales have now hit 496,785 copies. Debut-to-debut performance for the series continues to slow down albeit a small drop at a time. Observe its performance from Volume 62 onward, all at their 10 days of sales. Number 3’s Uma Musume Cinderella Gray Volume 6’s copies sold have now achieved 170,475 copies sold in its first 10 days.

It is thanks to the wonderful people over at Oricon that we get to see these charts on a weekly basis, so be sure to head over to their site here and show them lots of love! Some titles that did not make it onto the Top 30 chart were also discussed in the COMIC ZIN’s chart here

The week also welcomes a bunch of new releases, starting with the 60th volume of Giant Killing which places 4th on the chart. At 68,817 copies sold in its first 6 days, copies sold are not as good as Volume 59 which 5-day sales brought in 70,566 copies sold. Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun Volume 17 is next at Number 5 with 63,333 copies sold in just 2 days. Then, at the edge of the Top 10 list is Isekai Ojisan’s 7th volume at 43,567 copies sold in its first week. This is, however, not as good as sales produced by its 6th volume, which in its first 5 days sold 53,998 copies.
