Debut sales of the latest Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen‘s volume made its appearance at the top of Oricon’s Manga sales chart for the week between February 15 to February 21, though with much less copies sold compared to Volume 20’s debut. Volume 21 sold 120,724 copies as opposed to Volume 20’s 161,263 copies in their first weeks. Note that, this is not the lowest debut sales for the title. Volume 18 sold 102,183 copies when it came out. The title tends to stay on the chart on the second week, thus it remains to be seen how it will perform the following week. If it could maintain copies sold above the 100,000 copies mark, that should give it an edge over Volume 20, which sales dropped to 82,615 copies the second week. However, Aka Akasaka has another of his work featured on the week’s chart. At number 27, is Oshi no Ko‘s Volume 3 with 52,701 copies sold. It is not always that we get to see two works of the same person to be placed in the top charts, now that certainly is something.

What is surprising, and has always been for awhile now is Dungeon Meshi‘s tendency to climb the second week of release. Volume 10 debuted between February 8 to February 14 with 91,646 copies sold. The number has now increased by 16.86% week-on-week to 110,236 copies, catapulting the series all the way from previous week’s number 19 to number 4. The two-week sales for the title’s 10th volume now stand at 201,882 copies.
There is a plethora of new releases down in the charts from number 19 onward. ONE PIECE‘s Volume 98 has dropped all the way to number 11, while Jujutsu Kaisen remains as strong as ever. Without further ado, the full list is as follows:
