The Japanese weekly Manga sales chart is now out and available through Oricon here. Don’t forget to go over and pay them a warm visit! The week between December 16 and December 22 sees Conan’s latest volume taking the number 1 spot with a total 256,833 copies estimated to have been sold in Japan nationwide.
Kimetsu no Yaiba Vol. 18 made a comeback after being thrust to number 12 the week before, climbing 10 spots to number 2. Impressive. However, the same can be said about the rest of Kimetsu no Yaiba’s volumes sale as they are still going strong across the board. After the success of its Anime, this year has proven to be an outstanding year for the series. It is a sure that they will end the year on a great note.
Other new titles making into the list includes Golden Kamuy (No. 13), Jojo Orion (No. 23), 5-toubun no Hanayome (No. 24), Akatsuki no Yona (No. 31), Meitantei Conan: Hannin no Hanzawa-san (No. 29) and Kanojo, Okarishimasu (No. 30). The full list is as follows:
