Kingdom‘s Volume 61 climbed 90% the week between April 19 to April 25 as its sales were stymied the week before, due to an early release (some stores sold it earlier than the official April 19 release date). Although sales went longer this time around, number of copies sold could not hit 500,000 copies. It still managed a healthy 461,278 copies sold. The two-week sales for the title’s latest addition is by far the weakest among its seven latest volumes at 501,865 copies. Volume 55 remained the highest at 654,442 copies while Volume 59 is second at 615,726 copies. Note that, the Anime broadcast of the series was recently hit by a delay due to the pandemic, and is slated to resume May 2nd (Thanks Sakura! Source: ANN; Natalie).

The Top 10 welcomes three new releases for the week, at number 4 is the 16th volume of Honey Lemon Soda, which registered much better sales than Volume 15. Volume 15 had debut sales of 43,427 copies. Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou‘s Volume 8 is at 10th placing as sales hit 48,128 copies. However, this is the lowest it has ever achieved since Volume 6 in its first week. Do bear in mind that the volume was released on April the 25th. Stores such as CDJapan did release it earlier, on the 20th.

Don’t be fool by Akatsuki no Yona‘s Voume 35 at number 6 as the volume’s Special Edition too made the chart at number 16 with 39,760 copies sold for the week. In total, both Regular and Special Editions sold 104,265 copies! The Limited Edition comes with rough sketches and illustrations, plus a 10-page contemporary parody manga from Hana to Yume Aoharu.
Spots 11 to 30 feature five new releases including: Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru‘s Volume 7 with 40,427 copies sold for the week. Though sales pale in comparison to its previous volumes, which had roughly 80,000 copies sold. The title was recently announced to receive an Anime adaptation on an unannounced date (Source: ANN).
