The 99th volume of Detective Conan debuts at a strong 288,456 copies sold in its first week, a 29.04% improvement over Volume 98. Note that, it should be observed further, at least till Week 3 to get a better grasp on its overall performance.

It is thanks to the wonderful folks over at Oricon that we get to see these charts on a weekly basis, so be sure to head over to their site here and show them lots of love! Plus, all the data you find below is accessible through Oricon right here (Manga) and here (Series).
Coming in at 2nd for the week is Yuru Camp△‘s 12th volume, recording 125,464 copies sold in its first week. The series’ Manga volumes have been seeing consistent growth volume-to-volume with the 12th having the best debut sales thus far among the latest four volumes. The title is also set to receive a theatrical release somewhere in 2022 as announced through the Anime’s official site (source: ANN).

Kakkou no Iinazuke‘s 6th volume saw minute increase over Volume 5 as it ended the week at 57,683 copies sold, claiming the 5th spot. Move a spot over to number 6 is Enen no Shouboutai‘s 28th volume with a disappointing opening. Sales have dropped considerably from a high 94,758 copies Volume 27 managed to sell in its first week to 54,572 copies for Volume 28. Nevertheless, the series tend to get back up the week after. So, stay tune for next week.

At number 9 is Kanojo, Okarishimasu‘s 20th volume which has succumbed to fewer sales debut-to-debut. Sales for Volume 20 in its first week dropped 38.42% over Volume 19 seeing only 50,566 copies sold. This is far from the prediction I made, however there is still a chance for sales to meet the 80,000 above copies sold mark the second week.

The Top 10 also witnessed two additional new releases in its rank with Diamond no Ace Act II‘s Volume 26 at 7th whereas Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai‘s Volume 8 is at 10th place. Though, you may want to shift your attention to Mokushiroku no Yonkishi (No. 17), a new work by Mangaka Nakaba Suzuki who drew Nanatsu no Taizai. The title’s Volume 1 debuts at a modest 35,796 copies sold. Note, this is also the sequel title to Nanatsu no Taizai (thanks Sakura!).

Mokushiroku no Yonkishi by Nakaba Suzuki
Kingdom‘s Volume 61 went on sale a week earlier than the official release, hence the poor sales. It should be coming back at full strength the following week. Two more new releases can be found at number 27 and 28 with Ballroom e Youkoso occupying the first while 2-gatsu no Shousha: Zettai Goukaku no the latter.
