An underwhelming week for Anime Blu-rays and DVDs with no new releases making onto the chart for the period between September 6 to September 12. A reason for that is due to the lack of new releases, where only two titles saw their new volumes releasing on September the 8th. However, both failed to place on Oricon’s Top 20 Blu-ray sold chart. The two titles are: Edens Zero Volume 2 and Saishuu Heiki Kanojo. For the week between September 13 to September 19, we should see better results as notable new releases such as: Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S Volume 1, SSSS.Dynazenon Volume 3 and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children will be making their ways.

As for past titles, Uma Musume: Pretty Derby (TV) Season 2 is still selling well in Japan. All of its volumes are accounted for, and the cumulative sales stand at 4,096 copies for the week. Kimetsu no Yaiba Movie: Mugen Ressha-hen comes in 3rd with 983 copies sold while the Limited Edition can be found at Number 8. Luca faces a significant drop of 74.01% week-on-week to settle for Number 4 with 851 copies sold.
At Number 7, you will find Evangelion: 3.333 You Can (Not) Redo. The Little Mermaid places 9th for the week while Tokyo Revengers Volume 4 and “Uchuu Senkan Yamato” to Iu Jidai: Seireki 2202-nen no Sentaku share a spot at Number 10. Without further ado, the full list is as follows:
