It is not always we get to see Anime doing so well in the Top 20 chart for Blu-rays sold in Japan here. For the period between May 25 to May 31, 14 titles made into the list and therefore, we are blessed with data of copies sold for the Top 15 Anime Blu-rays sold in Japan for the said week, yay! Hopefully, the following week will be just as exciting, but based on the titles to be released for the period between June 1 to June 7… that may not be the case. Please refer here to see which titles that are coming out between June 1 to June 7.
Tenki no Ko takes the top spot for the week, as expected. However, the cumulative sales of the title including that of its DVDs, could not match to the number of copies sold by Frozen II in its debut week. Frozen II sold more than 320,000 copies in its first week while Tenki no Ko sold not even half of that figure (138,000 copies). Nevertheless, the numbers are still very good. We can expect to see Tenki no Ko to have a continuous presence for some time in the chart.

Sales of Frozen II plummeted nearly 50% for the week and as a result, it dropped 2 spots from number 1 it occupied the previous week to number 3. Kimetsu no Yaiba and Hentatsu take spot 4 and 5 respectively. I shall keep you guys no further, the full list is as follows:
