The fourth volume of Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Kan (SNAFU) Blu-ray leads the chart with 8,689 copies sold within its first week. Couple with sales of its DVD, the series is in a comfortable seat, selling 10,226 copies in total. Note that, sales of its fourth volume release is less than sales of Volumes 1 to 3 during their debuts — copies sold for each were above 9,000 copies in their first weeks. Following closely behind, though quite apart in terms of copies sold is Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Raihousha-hen. The second volume of the title sold 5,321 copies, if we include copies sold for its DVD, that should push the number a little over 6,000 copies.

Apart from that, number 6 on the Blu-ray’s chart is Kami-tachi ni Hirowareta Otoko… though the debut sales were not at all encouraging. The rest on the list are familiar faces. Shirobako Movie releases which made a strong impact the week before, are down for the week. While few releases to be seen from 18th of January to 24th of January, a strong contender will be making its appearance. Jujutsu Kaisen Volume 1 went on sale on the 20th, therefore it will be interesting to see how it performs the following week unimpeded. So, keep a lookout!
