Anime Blu-ray sales chart for the week between April 26 and May 2 opens with Volume 5 of Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai seeing the fewest copies sold in its first week among the five volumes. This is a 12.54% slip from sales of Volume 4 which had 19,361 copies sold back in March. The title does however, tend to maintain a strong presence for at least a few weeks before being pushed out of the chart. Sales could bounce back to hit above 20,000 copies sold in total as of the second week.

Following closely behind Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai is IDOLiSH7: Second Beat!‘s Volume 6, which sales continue to impress. Although copies sold is not as high as what Volume 1 had achieved in its first week, Volume 6 has seen both Blu-rays and DVDs sold reach 9,140 copies. This is a much better number than Volume 5’s 8,391 copies the month before.

Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? Bloom witnessed a small respite as copies sold for Volume 5 are up slightly to 5,004 from debut sales of Volume 4, which had 4,925 copies the previous month. Strike Witches: Road to Berlin at number 6 remains consistent with all five volumes having above 4,000 copies sold in their first weeks. Unfortunately, Volume 5 sales are slightly less than sales of Volume 4.

Likewise, if you move on to number 7, you will find Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu 2nd Season‘s Volume 5. Selling at ¥7,000 (~$64.03) a piece, it hauled in 4,253 copies for the week, better than sales for Volume 2 and Volume 3 in their first weeks. But, its DVD sales could not breach Oricon’s Top 20.

The OVA of Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka III settles in at number 9 with 2,423 copies sold while Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi, a rather surprise addition made onto the list at 10th place with 2,376 copies sold. Non Non Biyori Nonstop’s Volume 2 is at 11th spot at 2,253 copies sold.
