The Light Novel chart for the week between May 2 and May 8 are mostly dominated by past titles with Detective Conan: Halloween no Hanayome recording a small climb in copies sold as it jumped up a spot to hold the 1st position for the week. Koukyuu no Karasu dropped 48.09% to 10,813 copies sold while Schema climbed two spots to settle for 3rd place, but its performance went down by 35.14% to 6,325 copies sold from its debut of 9,752 copies sold the week before.

There are only two new official releases that made it onto the chart. First is Mashle: Mash Burnedead to Bouken no Sho Volume 1 at Number with 4,684 copies sold in its first week while the other belongs to Jingai Hime-sama, Hajimemashita: Free Life Fantasy Online Volume 7 at Number 12 with 2,849 copies sold in its first 7 days. Note that the series was last found placing 10th between August 30 and September 5, 2021, with its 6th volume selling 3,104 copies in its first 4 days.
