The week between November 28 to December 5 opens with Uma Musume: Pretty Derby (TV) Season 2 Blu-ray copies making a comeback with all volumes accounted for selling a total of 22,733 copies. Past titles such as Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash [Regular Edition], Love Live! Superstar!! Volume 3 [Limited Release] and IDOLiSH7: Third Beat! Volume 2 [Limited Release] have noted fewer copies sold than the week before as their Blu-rays’ 10-day sales hit 17,458 copies, 13,955 copies and 8,348 copies respectively.

The week also sees several new releases on the chart including PAW Patrol: The Movie, which was initially released on August 20 in the United States at Number 3 with 4,377 copies sold. Studio CLAP’s Eiga Daisuki Pompo-san placed 4th at 4,215 copies sold. The film is an adaptation of the Manga of the same name by author Shougo Sugitani which began screening on June the 4th this year. Head over to Number 6, and you will find a surprising addition, Uramichi Oniisan Volume 4. Note that the TV Animation series struggled with its past volumes where none of them sold above the 1,000 copies sold mark (Volume 1 and Volume 2). Volume 3 was completely left out of the Top 10 chart on its release week. This time around, the title saw 3,011 copies sold, which is within the scale of a successful release. It is unknown for sure as to what was the cause, but two things come to mind. First would be the lack of notable new releases, though that is very unlikely since Volumes 1 and 2 were out on weeks that did not have that many new releases. Second, which is the most likely, would be to newer exposure to audiences that could have led to its sudden growth. Note that Volume 4 is also its final volume. Anyway, this is great news for the series.
Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta… X’s 4th and final volume reported its second lowest turnout since Volume 1 with 2,046 copies sold in its first 5 days. Unfortunately for the series, copies sold could not push themselves above the 2,000 mark, and as such it remains underperformed when compared to the 1st season. Nevertheless, the series is set to have a film to be released on an unannounced date. Be sure to check out the announcement down below!
The final new release on the chart belongs to Aikatsu Stars! 5th Anniversary ALL☆STARS Blu-ray Box at Number 11 with 1,517 copies sold. This special edition contains all of the episodes of the TV series, plus the movies with a total 1,886 minutes worth of content and 17 discs.
As for copies sold, Uma Musume: Pretty Derby (TV) Season 2 leads at 22,733 copies sold, followed by PAW Patrol: The Movie at 4,377 copies while Eiga Daisuki Pompo-san settles for 3rd place at 4,215 copies. The high number of copies sold also allows Uma Musume: Pretty Derby (TV) Season 2 to see great sales revenue at an estimated 202,323,700 yen (≈1.78 million USD), while the pricey (not as expensive compared to volumes released individually) Aikatsu Stars! 5th Anniversary ALL☆STARS Blu-ray BOX takes 2nd place at 52,791,600 yen (≈463.73 thousand USD). Eiga Daisuki Pompo-san maintains its 3rd placing at 41,307,000 yen (≈362.86 thousand USD).
