Sword Art Online‘s 26th volume tops the weekly sales chart between October 4 to October 10 albeit fewer copies sold when compared to Volume 25’s 60,589 copies. Volume 26 takes into account 3 days of sales with 37,157 copies sold, however Volume 25 only had an extra day when charted. Number of days vary greatly when some its volumes made onto the chart, for instance Volume 23 had such a high number of copies sold due to 6 days of sales while Volume 24 only had 2 days of sales. Number of copies sold should pick up the following week for Volume 26.

Following right after is Boku no Hero Academia‘s Light Novel, Katsuaki Hakusho Sakura at a very good 27,317 copies sold in its first week. The cover of the volume also notes that the series has now 50 million copies in circulation. Then, at Number 3 is a title you may be familiar with, Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e Kayou Volume 10 (Part 2) makes its appearance with better copies sold than Volume 10 (Part 1). This would be a direct improvement of 7.86% considering that the two volumes have 3 days of sales. Its follow up Anime season was announced, but its date of broadcast is still unknown.

Head over to Number 4 is the 2nd volume of Silent Witch Chinmoku no Majo no Kakushigoto at 4,391 copies sold in its first 3 days. Right after is Heavy Object: Hito ga Hito wo Horobosu Hi Part 2 at 3,891 copies, also in its first 3 days. The series was adapted into Anime in 2015 spanning 24 episodes. In between its broadcast, it received a Special episode in December 2015. Right after is Yuusha Shoukan ni Makikomareta kedo, Isekai wa Heiwa deshita Volume 12 which missed out on the previous chart at 3,809 copies sold.
Going into its 4th week on the chart, Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Ketsu Volume 1 sees 3,780 copies sold for the week, which would put its lifetime sales at 50,110 copies sold in total. Other past titles are still on the chart with Risou no Himo Seikatsu Volume 14 placing 8th at 3,480 copies and Isekai Nonbiri Nouka Volume 11 which topped the chart the week before stumbled 9 spots to see 3,216 copies sold. The two’s two-week sales are now at 13,206 copies and 18,436 copies respectively.

There are two other new releases at Number 9 and 11, both do rather well considering they have only 1 day of sales. The two Starts Publishing titles, Kaitetsu Bengoshi no Dokusenyoku ni Mama to Baby wa Aragaenai and Gokujyou Pilot no Akachan wo Dekiai Shoya de Yadoshimashita are at 3,288 copies and 2,981 copies sold on their first day of sale.
