Novels which topped the chart last week saw a decline in sales despite retaining their top 3 spots according to Oricon sales chart available here. Be sure to drop in and say hi to Oricon here!
Both Kimetsu no Yaiba’s light novel series have seen a 20% decline in sales for the second week of March while Kusuriya No Hitorigoto Vol. 9 saw a 35% drop in sales. Its special edition volume (No. 7) fell the most seeing 66.19% less sales compare to the week before.
However, Doraemon climbed 3 spots from the week before (No. 7) to number 4 this week as it saw 30% improvement in sales. At the same time, volume 5 of Mao Sama, Retry! (No. 8) and Seishun Butayaro wa Mayoeru Singer no Yume wo Minai (No. 9) who were absent from the previous week, made their presence in the week between March 2 and March 8.
