Please note that the cutoff point on the Blu-ray general category chart is 942 copies and on the DVD chart that will be 562 copies. Therefore, releases below that are denoted with “N/A” have all sold less than the amount stated.

When compared amongst its latest three films, Halloween no Hanayome has the best disc debut sales performance to date with copies sold at 81,691 copies sold in its first 5 days. This is 106.38% more than the 39,583 copies sold recorded for The Fist of Blue Sapphire and 53.84% higher than The Scarlet Bullet‘s 53,101 copies sold which debuted back on October 2, 2019, and October 27, 2021. Note that they were all in their first 5 days as well. More copies sold means stronger gross sales too. This puts Halloween no Hanayome which sold 282,164,300 yen (≈2.02 million USD) worth of discs much ahead of the two in the first 5 days by 110.31% and 57.67%, respectively.
