Note that Oricon does not track all stores in Japan and some data is missing from the list you see below. To check which stores that participate in Oricon’s daily surveys, please refer to the list right here. If you wish to further strengthen your understanding about Oricon, you may consider reading the articles posted here.
Please note that in the general Blu-ray category chart, the cut-off for the week was 2,328 copies, while for DVD it was 774 copies. Therefore, any releases marked as “N/A” have sold less than the specified amount. However, it is worth noting that for the current Top 10 Blu-ray chart, releases marked as “N/A” have sold more than 2,000 copies.

Despite this, the latest volume still outperforms Volume 1 and 2 by 11.04% and 5.3% respectively, and holds the second-highest 5-day sales performance of the series to date. Debut sales alone have reached 72,450 copies, earning 500,778,000 yen (≈3.77 million USD) in revenue. If sales outside of the debut performance (including stores not tracked by Oricon) are taken into account, it is possible that total sales have surpassed 100,000 copies.

While IDOLiSH7: Third Beat! Volume 9 saw a slight improvement over Volume 7’s 3-day sales performance of 4,630 copies by 0.76%, it still falls short compared to past volumes. Sales for this volume are down by 66.75%, 64.98%, 64.98%, 4.64%, and 6.48% against Volume 2, 3, 5, 6, and 8 respectively. However, total debut sales for the series, starting from Volume 1, have reached 76,358 copies sold.
Please note that the discs are also being sold on A-on STORE which is Bandai Namco Filmworks main online shopping platform which is participating in Oricon’s surveys.

However, it still outperforms Movie I and Movie II, which debuted with longer days of sales. Movie I sold 3,707 copies in its first 6 days, while Movie II sold 3,795 copies in its first 4 days.

However, it still sold over 2,000 copies and is near the 3,000 mark if we include DVD sales. The previous volume, Season 2’s Volume 1, sold 2,997 copies in its first 4 days from March 6 to March 12.
