Plus, all the data you find below is accessible via Oricon right here (Blu-ray) and here (DVD). To access the sales data, be sure to click on the “Analytics” accordion and then click “Chart”. This should bring you to the Google chart page that contains the latest available sales data.
The competition against non-Anime Blu-ray and DVD releases for the week were rather intense. The cutoff point on the general category were at 4,149 copies on the Blu-ray chart while on the DVD chart, that would be 1,184 copies. Therefore, any releases that did not meet the threshold, denoted with “N/A”, have sold less than the amount stated.
Some of the Anime releases that did not make it onto the freely available charts are: Monogatari Series Final Season Blu-ray Disc BOX, Tiger & Bunny 2 Volume 3, Futoku no Guild Volume 1, Made in Abyss: Retsujitsu no Ougonkyou Blu-ray BOX Volume 2 and many more.

Copies sold for the 4th volume of the series were down by 3.90% and 10.84% against Volumes 2 and 3, however, it maintained a 0.75% advantage over Volume 1’s 23,383 copies sold. In terms of gross sales though, Volume 1 is still ahead of Volume 4. So far, based on all the data made available and tracked, the series has sold 97,797 copies, and its lifetime sales should have already breached the 100,000 mark as of the time of writing. As for its gross sales, it has now gone over the 1.35 billion yen (≈10.04 million USD) mark.
3. Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai 2nd Season

Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai 2nd Season Volume 7 showed a 7.06% improvement against Volume 5, but when compared to other volumes with 3 days of sales, Volume 7 was down against all of them:

The latest volume marked a 29.48%, 26.19% and 4.32% fall against Season 1’s Volumes 3 and 6 and Season 2’s Volume 2. It does have a better outcome over Season 2’s Volume 3 by 3.01%.
5. Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e 2nd Season Vol. 1 (NEW)

Together with copies sold of its DVDs which was placed at Number 2 on its own respective chart, copies sold for Volume 1 were at great start of 15,453 in its first 3 days.
The volume also comes with a Light Novel titled “Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e 0”. The Blu-ray version of the series also contains an upgraded visual of the TV series. Please check out the differences via a video made by TERUちゃん on YouTube right here.

The series made an appearance with its 1st volume as well with its Regular Edition selling 3,614 copies in its first 3 days back between November 21 and November 27, 2022. The Special Edition did not make it onto the Top 10 at the time but would have pushed the number of copies sold to 7,000 copies. Together with sales of Volume 2 this time around, copies sold for the series’ Blu-ray would now be more than 13,000.

It is unknown as to what happened that had caused the reaction towards the series’ 6th volume to be so weak that both Blu-ray and DVD failed to impress in their first 3 days. Compared to the 3-day sales of Volumes 2 and 5, copies sold were nearly down by almost 65%. The same reaction can also be noted with Volumes 1 and 3 which despite their longer days of sales, copies sold were quite few when compared to the 3 days of sales of Volumes 2, 5 and 6.
9. Overlord IV Vol. 3 (NEW)
Additional Comments
Although Overlord IV Volume 3 did not make it onto the general chart, it actually sold slightly better than Volume 2’s 3,116 copies back in November 2022. Copies sold for the series should now be nearing the 10,000 mark as of the time of writing.
